Flags before you publish this one:

1. Health claims are the biggest legal risk in this category. Shilajit sellers get pulled up under the Drugs & Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 and FSSAI norms for promising cures. I've added a clear disclaimer section that separates ShilZen from any medical promise. Ask the client to make sure product pages and ads match this — a policy saying "no medical claims" while the homepage says "cures fatigue" is worse than having no policy.

2. FSSAI licence number. Shilajit sold as a supplement needs an FSSAI licence, and the number should appear on the site. I've left a placeholder in Section 3.

3. Jurisdiction. I've set courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, matching the business address. Change it if the client operates from elsewhere.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only when we accept it and dispatch the product.

We may cancel or refuse an order in these situations:

The product is out of stock
There is an error in the listed price or product information
The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or outside our serviceable area
We suspect fraud, bulk reselling, or misuse of offers
Previous orders from the same customer show repeated refusals or fake claims

If we cancel a confirmed and paid order, you receive a full refund.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We accept Card, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery
Prices, offers, and discounts may change at any time without prior notice
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full
Cash on Delivery may not be available on all pin codes or on certain high-value orders

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping across India
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, or events outside our control
Once handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier partner
Repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept a prepaid order may lead to the order being returned to us, and shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for wrong or defective products, within 3 days of delivery, and a compulsory unboxing video is required to approve the claim.

Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 8–15 business days of approval.

9. Your Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or someone else's information
