About The Product
What exactly is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a natural resin that seeps out of rocks in high-altitude Himalayan regions during the summer months. It has been used in Ayurveda for generations to support everyday energy and stamina.
Is ShilZen resin or powder?
Pure resin. Not powder, not capsules, not a blend. Resin is the closest form to how Shilajit occurs in nature.
Is it 100% pure?
Yes. No fillers, no additives, no blending agents. Only purified Himalayan Shilajit resin.
How do I know it's real?
Every batch is lab-tested before packing. Real resin is dark, sticky, dissolves fully in warm water leaving no residue, and softens with warmth. Fake or adulterated Shilajit usually stays gritty, leaves sediment behind, or smells artificial.
Can I see the lab report?
Yes. Write to support@shilzen.in and we'll share the test report for your batch.
Why does the colour and texture look different from my last jar?
Shilajit is a natural product, not a manufactured one. Slight differences in colour, texture, and aroma between batches are normal and do not mean the product is defective.
How To Use It
What is the correct dosage?
Take a portion roughly the size of a grain of rice to a small pea, once or twice a day. Please follow the serving mentioned on your pack.
How do I take it?
Dissolve it in a glass of warm water or warm milk and drink. Some people prefer taking it directly. Avoid mixing it into very hot liquids.
Best time to take it?
Most people take it in the morning on an empty stomach. Evening works too. Pick a time you can stick to daily.
How long before I notice something?
This varies from person to person. Ayurvedic supplements generally work gradually — most people use it consistently for a few weeks before judging it. Some feel a difference sooner, some later.
Can I take it every day?
Yes, at the recommended serving. Do not exceed what's mentioned on the pack.
It's too hard to scoop out. What do I do?
That's normal in cooler weather. Warm the jar by placing it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes, or hold the spoon under warm water before scooping.
How should I store it?
Somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed. No need to refrigerate.
What is the shelf life?
Check the date printed on your pack. Stored properly, Shilajit resin keeps very well.
Health And Safety
Are there any side effects?
At the recommended serving, most people use it without any issue. Stop use and speak to a doctor if you notice any discomfort.
Can women take it?
Yes. Shilajit is used by both men and women.
I'm on medication. Can I take it?
Please consult your doctor first. This applies to anyone on prescription medication or managing a health condition.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Consult your doctor before use.
Can I take it with other supplements or protein powder?
Generally yes, but check with a doctor if you're on multiple supplements.
Will it help with stamina, energy, or gym performance?
Shilajit has traditionally been used in Ayurveda to support everyday energy and stamina. We do not make medical claims and results vary from person to person.
Is it a medicine?
No. ShilZen is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified doctor or Ayurvedic practitioner before use.
Is there an age limit?
Our products are meant for adults aged 18 and above.
Orders, Payment And Delivery
How much is shipping?
Free across India. Prepaid and Cash on Delivery, no minimum order value.
When will my order reach me?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours and usually delivered in 3–5 business days. Remote areas and hill regions may take a little longer.
What payment options do you have?
Card, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery available at my pin code?
COD is available across most pin codes. If it's not serviceable at your location, the option won't show at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We send a tracking link on your email, SMS, and WhatsApp as soon as the order is dispatched.
My tracking hasn't updated in two days.
Write to support@shilzen.in with your Order ID and we'll follow up with the courier for you.
Can I change my delivery address?
Only before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your Order ID.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before dispatch. Full refund for prepaid orders.
Do you ship outside India?
Not currently. We ship only within India.
Returns And Refunds
Can I return the product?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products, within 3 days of delivery.
Can I return it if I just didn't like it?
No. Shilajit is a consumable product sealed for safety, so opened or used jars cannot be returned unless the item was wrong or damaged on arrival.
Why do you need an unboxing video?
It's the only way we can verify a claim against our packing and courier records. A clear, uninterrupted video from sealed package to opened product is compulsory for every return and exchange.
What if my package looks damaged at delivery?
Don't accept it. Refuse the delivery and inform us the same day — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
How do I raise a return request?
Email support@shilzen.in or call +91 75058 78657 within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID, unboxing video, and photos of the product and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Once your claim is approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup.
When will I get my refund?
After the returned product reaches us and clears quality check, the refund is credited to your original payment source within 8–15 business days. COD refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes, for wrong or defective products only. The replacement is dispatched within 2–3 business days of pickup.

Can I resell ShilZen?
Write to us. Reselling without written permission is not allowed.
Do you sell on Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces?
ShilZen is sold only through shilzen.in and channels we announce officially. We can't guarantee the authenticity of products bought anywhere else.
